Negation: Numbers reveal the difference between the amount of shaded squares on darker cells and on lighter cells in their regions.
(Hey, it's me from the future! I've been going back through these to get in the mindset for 14HV2 and I think this next one is nonunique. I just wanted to give you a heads-up in case it is.)
Cross: Numbers are no longer bound to their rectangular regions, but instead count the amount of shaded squares up to 2 blocks away from the number in the cardinal directions. The cell on the number is included.
