SOIL

 Recently, I found out about the genre LOTS. It's like LITS, but instead of not being able to shade a 2x2 cell (hence implicitly no O), you aren't allowed to shade four consecutive cells in a row or column (hence implicitly no I). Here's SOIL, in which shading a 2x2 is okay but you aren't allowed to have T tetrominos appear anywhere in the solution.
