This puzzle is a mashup of Dead Ends by thejonymyster and an unnamed type invented by Randomiser.

Draw lines such that every unshaded cell has a line going through it.

The shaded cell must not have a line through it.

For rows/columns with one number, that number reveals the amount of squares that lines ends in.

For rows/columns with two numbers, the first is the amount of cells containing horizontal segment pieces and the second is the amount of cells containing vertical segment pieces.
