Find a solution which solves this as both a nonogram and a minesweeper. The ? numbers must be the same for both puzzles. (The topleft corner cannot be shaded, and clues cannot be 0, both from the conventions of nonograms.) This puzzle also works if a 2 is given instead of a 1. Also, this is provably the largest grid size for which this puzzle works if every row and column is clued.
