This puzzle type was invented by thejonymyster.

Every region has one letter in it but that letter can be repeated as many times as you would like within the region. Two regions with the same letter in them may not touch. Among regions with the same letter, a region with n copies of that letter has n times as many cells in it as the region with one copy of that letter. There must be at least one region for each letter in which that letter only appears once.
