#11: Unknown Area Palisade

I discovered Palisade on Simon Tatham's Portable Puzzle Collection, which is linked in Source. Add edge lines to divide the grid into some amount of regions, which all have the same area. Numbers reveal the amount of edge lines next to them, including the grid edge.
